Playoff instructions

Just got this in an email this morning:

"Tebowing is not viewed as taunting. Do not penalize."

No words I could put in this space would do justice, I'm afraid.

So if you Tebowed after a great player control foul call just to celebrate, you wouldn't be penalized?

Is it "establishing" anything? There is no "separation" of church and NFHS anymore than there is any "separation" of church and state.
