Two Runners On Base
Two runners standing on the same base, ball is still live. Who do you have to tag, do you have to tag both, etc...
Can someone please supply the rule references for both OBR and NCAA? Thanks

The lead runner is entitled to the base unless he is forced to advance because of the batter becoming a runner.
