Mechanics: initial positioning

I know what NFHS and CCA read. Is there any differences in the PBUC manuals for the initial positioning of the base ump in the situations below?

Two-man with either less than two out or two out:

1. 3B only;

2. 2B and 3B;

3. 1B and 3B; and,

4. Bases loaded.

Thanks in advance.

Pick C.
My PBUC only covers 3-4 man.
Do the others say different than C?

Absent anything in writing, go watch a low Minors (Rookie League, Single-A, etc.) game and see what the crew does there.

My RED PBUC book is a bit old (1999), but it says
1. = C
2. = C
3. = B
4. = C

This agrees with my CCA book, which is not quite as old (2009) as my RED book.

This agrees with my very new NFHS book, which I had to hunt down, since I don't look at it when it comes, and did not remember where I put it.
