I know what NFHS and CCA read. Is there any differences in the PBUC manuals for the initial positioning of the base ump in the situations below?

Two-man with either less than two out or two out:

1. 3B only;

2. 2B and 3B;

3. 1B and 3B; and,

4. Bases loaded.
