Here is another case of a lot of work for basically nothing. These articles are maybe entertaining but not telling us anything new. And there is the 'unconscious bias' term used again. If its unconscious, then you can't fix it because you don't know its happening, right? I guess since it can't be fixed than the whole article is a waste of time.
