10U Human rain Delay
10U pitcher last night taking every single second of her 20 on almost every pitch - with catcher constantly reminding her to slow down. She finally goes over 20 - so I call time and ask coach to speed her up (we've been asked not to call IP's on the 10U and just tell coach what they are doing so they can fix it).
Coach's reply to me, "But she's just doing what her catcher's telling her to do." So ... who's the coach here? You or her? (Same coach took me aside after the plate conference and asked me to make sure the other team's pitcher "presented the ball".)

Everybody wants the pitching violations called....on the "other team's pitcher!"
