Plus, such conduct might intimidate newcomers from participating. Now, can we get together for refreshments and continue the dialogue? Warren, bring Fosters. I'm very friendly when Foster is nearby. You're welcome, Pat. I don't like the personal stuff either. Frankly I find it downright boring. That's what my little buddy, the sleepy koala, is all about.
I'm honestly trying not to react, but it is very hard when the criticism is either extremely personal or entirely unwarranted and unjustified by anything but spite. I will continue to try. I left this forum for a period of around 2 years because I was tired of the personal abuse. I said I wouldn't come back until things changed. Only seeing the 1st thread posted by the moderator, indicating that personal abuse will be sharply and swiftly dealt with, lead me to return. Sadly, things don't look to have changed much.
If we could just treat each other online as we would when working together on the diamond it would be great. Given the nature of some posters, I'm afraid that dream is unlikely to be realised. That said, I would be happy to share a Fosters, or even a Cascade, with you anytime the opportunity presents. Thanks for your post, Pat.
Cheers
