Will a Nutty Buddy work with compression tights with a cup pocket?

Yes. You just need to wear a jock over the tights. The cup is not worn in a cup pocket.

That's what I meant. I like wearing tights and nothing else.

Yes, it could work. You might want to size up though...and do not put the nutty buddy in the pouch.
