ambidextrious pitcher question - NFHS

Don't worry, I am very aware of FED rule 6-1-1 !!!

I just found out that the varsity doubleheader I am working later this week has one team with an ambidextrious pitcher (complete with 6-fingered glove and everything). Other than Rule 6-1-1 (pitcher must declare first) are the any other oddities associated with calling a game with a pitcher like this? I just like to be prepared. Have any of you guys ever worked a game with one?

Pay attention to the pivot foot so you know whether he disengages legally.
