Just thought of one that probably should be considered for replay that they didn't mention - batter hit by pitch ie. the one's that barely graze the jersey or the one that hit his hand, knob of the bat or both?

Until the infra-red technology we saw this post season, I would have argued that video replay rarely resolves these issues. But, if what it really works as good as it appeared to, and it can be applied to every ballpark, it might make sense to use it for these marginal contact calls.
