Yep, it's a highly technical medical term, it's onset is usually after spending 20+ years in the field, associated with the onset of gray.....or ummm I mean Platinum hair, yeah, that's it!

Yes. FED Rule book since the OP specified NFHS rules.

I think you will find the information about the double pump in the case book. Don't remember for sure. I don't remember it being spelled out in the FED rule book.

From 6-1-2 of the Rules Book: "...He is limited to not more than two pumps or rotations..."

Knew it was legal, just wasn't certain which book it is spelled out in. Could be in both for all I know.
