Shining the titanium mask

Its the off season, but I'm trying to figure out how to shine my nike titanium mask like the pros.

Anyone have any sucess in shining up your mask? I'm told Jim Wolf uses a very fine sandpaper to make his shine.....who knows if thats the truth.
