That was neither arrogant nor ignorant. Why did you decide to get personal?

It's not like I invented the phrase, "Local rules are made by fools." It's said here all the time. (And it's nearly iron-clad true).

What in the world are you considering ignorant?

In any real league, ODB is staying on their own side of the field. The last place I want a player is in front of opposing fans close to opposing bench. Those that say it's safer to be behind batter than in front are simply misinformed or just want to invent SOMEthing in the rules to satisfy their need for control (like most local rules).
