Darn! I missed the final game on TV.
Why do the networks have to schedule the World Series opposite roller derby, anyway?

As a Giants fan, I am elated. It was nice that the TV networks didn't have anything to froth over in terms of questionable calls.

This series was boring. Game #1 had the most excitement. No drama! No umpire blunder! Even the post game interviews were BLAH. We need quotes like from Cardinal picture Joaquin Andujar "There is one word in America that says it all, and that one word is, 'You never know.'" That was one tough Dominican.

Nice job overall. I appreciated the fact that FOX let the PU's work without the FOX Trac, or whatever it's called, on every pitch. The only time they would bring it up was on a replay. I thought Jeff had some calls at first during game 4 that were questionable, but not much was made of it. Wouldn't surprise me, and if I was a bettin man I would bet, that MLB put the networks on notice as far as villifying the umpires.
