If the ball hits NEAR the top of the wall and landed in play, and the umpire calls "Home run!". The video review shows that it actually hit below the top of the wall.

Or if the wall continues vertically above the marked "home run line", and the video shows the ball hit below the line.

There are many cases where a home run ball returns into the playing field after striking an object beyond the home run boundary.

Also... If a fly ball hits a marked home run boundary line, is it a home run?
