obr pitching

Looking for rule or official interp on undershirt requirements on sleeve length and color for pitchers. If I remember correctly, pitchers were not even allowed white in their gloves, now I see big white nike logos and white stitching on gloves now in the bigs.

Any info would be a great help. I have a bet with someone and found nothing in the OBR rules on this, which is the bet.

Thanks!

All undershirt sleeves must be of a solid color and about the same length.

Interp from Fitzpatrick: The pitcher may wear white undershirts if everyone on the team wears the same color undershirt.

No white on gloves is a FED thing. So is no white undershirts, unless of course the uniform is sleeveless and white T shirt is worn by all underneath. What they are really trying to forbid is long sleeve white shirts (or light grey).

If you are going to get rid of the Nike swoosh, are you going to get rid of the white lettering on the rawlings word or the R?

The glove is an OBR rule as well(1.15(a)) but OBR does not restrict color of the undershirt.

After the rule was analized by FED I saw a lot of white lettering turned to yellow on Rawlings gloves. I suppose a yellow highlighter...

Wow. A typo that is still fitting.
