As long as there's a huge line of guys wanting this gig, the employers will continue to call the tunes to the show.

If that's what you aspire to, hat's off to ya. I couldn't imagine living that life, especially if I had a wife and kids. You spend 10 years making nothing, and never being home, with little hope of ever making a crew. And if you do, you start out making just okay money. To make it all worthwhile ($ wise) you've got to hold on well past your prime.

Plus, if reality sets in, and decide enough is enough after eight years, then what? You're 30, with no real world skills.

Just wondering

Do you think this represents the rankings of the previous (fired) supervisors, or the new supervisors, who didn't necessarily see them work this past year?

Just asking, because, in my opinion only, AJ had a horrible year.
