Epic Sports return policy:

Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 5 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20-50% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Items that are not returned in their original "factory" packaging will be charged an additional re-packaging fee.
