Wilson Titanium harness question

Last week I bought the Wilson Titanium and when I started checking it out today I noticed that the straps on the harness seem very, very short. So short I cannot get the mask to stay on my melon. While I am frequently told my head is swollen from so much useless knowledge, it is an average size head that wears 7 1/2 hats. Has anyone else noticed the harness straps being so short on this mask? Thinking I will just order another harness but why waste the $ if they are all so short.

Seems like a bad harness. I wear 7 1/4 hat and had to trim off ends of the straps on my Wilson titanium. I'd call where ever you bought and let them know about the issue.

The harness straps on my titanium are 10 inches long, as they are on the three spare harnesses that I've accumulated (three MLB logo, one W logo). So they were trimmed by the guy who had the mask before you if they aren't 10 inches long. (Most guys, including me, don't like the excess on the straps sticking out. I Velcro mine.) Go to one of the sites and buy another harness and they'll be standard length and you can trim them to what you need. I'm a 7 5/8 and I wear it loose and there's plenty of excess on both sides.

That helps. The straps on this mask are maybe 3". I bought it used (Ebay) and it is in mint condition excepting the short straps. NBD, just ordered another harness. Of course I made sure to skip the W logo and get the MLB jock sniffer version so as not to let SanDiegoSteve down.

I've never minded the MLB logo, but when I bought a set of back-up pads and harness one of our brothers was switching out from his titanium, and the harness was a W style. I tried to get another one like it from BTL, but they sent me another MLB logo one instead. I wound up just wearing the MLB harnesses and not caring anymore about being mistaken for a jock sniffer.
