I would have outs that carry over to the next inning. With these two teams, you just might get away with it.

I don't see abandonment by R2 unless he ventures into DBT or touches his glove and head towards his defensive position. I see the defense leave the field. I would score R3 and allow R2 to return to base. I'm not bailing out the defense w/ abandonment when practically their whole team left the field. I agree with your decision.
