Short version: If any officials out there are VERY familiar with the Arbiter Assigning Program and its EVALUATION components, would you please reply to me Privately and share some info? Would love to find persons with EVAL responsibility for a LARGE group of umpires (We have over 200 in Seattle).

Would like to know:

Scope, depth, breadth of EVAL components
Ease of use, do you like?
