Brett Cecil Throws it Away.......

Anyone seen this one?

Play the "Caught on Video" clip all the way through (link is half way down in the article) as the first time through TV cuts it off and second time through shows you the entire play and exactly what happens......

I have never seen a pitcher throw a ball like that. They always ask for time and toss it in to the catcher. Extraordinarily odd.

Nice reference...Big Cecil even played for the Blue Jays at one time.

The announcers flipping out about it being a balk at first is hilarious. Are they not even watching what is going on? Oh wait, nevermind....

Funny thing is the time it took for the crew to make the correct award and that Gibson originally called time and appeared to award Bay second.

My good friend Gibby has not been on top of his game recently. I keep seeing videos of his mistakes here and it's not encouraging.
