4. If a player is traded from HOU to WAS, and...
4A. Played, but is now out, is he eligible?
4B. Played, and is still in, is he eligible?

I'd have to guess that 4a and 4b would be No's....but, then again...3 is a no soooooo

Ok, Nyjer Morgan was on the Pirates when this game started. He will come into this game as a pinch runner for the Nationals for a guy that is now in AAA. That question is answered.
