Mizuno Plate Shoes

I was at a Midwest League game this weekend and noticed the plate umpire was wearing Mizuno plate shoes. Does anyone have information on if or where these shoes are available?

That's what I thought when I looked at the pics. I think I'll stick to my NB's.

And Chris, I was in Davenport Thursday night.

Because they're just as cool as those Mizuno masks with the Frank Lloyd Wright throat protector.

p.s. the shoes look like the old SSK plate shoes, that were junk.

They cost 12,500 yen. You can get 450's for about 9,000 yen. Save your yen and get the 450's.

Yep.. They were in Davenport on Thurs...then they moved to Clinton. I have held this shoe.....I would rather wear a Reebok or NB. Now a Mizuno Mask is another story.....
