Infiled Fly

Watching Cubs/Sox right now (unfortunately), and an interesting play occured

Jermaine Dye at the plate with the bases loaded and one out. Dye hits a popup to shortstop. First base umpire calls Infield Fly. Wind pushes the ball out into short left field, and the Cubs shortstop can't catch the ball. The runner from third scores.

How would this play be scored? People around me seem to think it could be a steal of home. Others think it could be a fielder's choice. Anyone have any idea?

Not sure on too many of these scoring questions...but it's certainly not a steal. I don't think it's an RBI...fielder's choice?

Sounds correct. We're not really big on Rule 10 here.

Yeah; it's the part of the rulebook you tear out and wipe your butt with when you take your new rulebook to the john.
