Here, as well. I haven't worn the r/w/b trim lt. blue shirt since '99. I haven't seen it worn at a regional, super regional, or WS game since about then as well.

Polo Blue, Navy, Black are the shirts worn at the collegiate level around here.

What's the difference between MLB blue and powder? Is the MLB blue the one with the black collar? Is powder a lighter shade with navy/white on the collar?

my understanding is that MLB blue is the lt. blue w/ black collar.

As I (and most around here) use the term:

MLB Blue is the same as polo blue. It's slightly darker than the powder blue.

The MLB / polo comes with (at least generally) the black collar.

The powder blue can come with a black, navy or RWB collar.
