The NHFS Forum is one of the most screwed up places to try and get answers to FED rules. It if filled with so called "know it alls" that haven't got a clue when it comes to FED. Just go down the above link about 30 posts and you will see for yourself. It's a shame because, it once was a pretty good forum.

Boy, I wish I had seen Ozzy's post before I followed aschramm's link. I'll never get that time back.
