I think this is +POS selling off its inventory. Wouldn't count on a warranty.

I always thought it was a Carlucci cp. I am lucky enough to have one and it totally rules and has from day one. Fit me perfectly out of the box and I have taken three direct, hard shots with it that I have shaken off easily.
