Unejection Mechanic

Okay guys, I've got a double header tomorrow doing some of the best players in Ontario. This is my first time doing this level, and I'm worried that I might get a bit trigger happy and eject someone before I've really thought it through. I think it would be best to learn the mechanic for unejecting someone, unlike the other time when I just said to the coach "you're back in the game". Can someone please tell me what the standard unejection mechnic is? Thanks.

There isn't any un-ejection mechanic.
It is going to be better for your progression to be told to be less tolerant and eject the next person who does/says 'X' than it is to be told by your evaluators that you should not have ejected that player/coach/manager.

Bob, why are you asking this? I know you are just jacking with all of us now, as everyone has already told you that you don't "uneject" anyone. There is no mechanic for it because it isn't done. Why would you worry about being trigger happy? That's just plain old dumb. If someone needs to be dumped, dump them. Don't go looking for trouble. Worrying about ejecting people is just PLAIN DUMB.

CUmp it's quite a simple mechanic. You draw your arm inward, the exact reverse of the "goodnight coach, thanks for stopping by". Then you take off your uniform shirt and return the fee.

Here's an "unejection mechanic" just for you. Before the ejected coach leaves the field, ask him to bend over. Now that the coach is bent over, kiss his a$$ and tell him you are sorry and that he can remain in the game.

I believe this is also done from the GD stance.

Oh and by the way make sure and get a picture of this and post it, so we can comment on it. This will be helpful in your futre as an umpire, emplyoee, politician etc.

This is actually done from the scissors stance, it is easier to get right into the slot that way.
