It just occurred to me that now that my season is officially over, that I achieved a new Manager/Coach ejection record.....for me....that is.........the record for one season is ......exactly 0.......in 7+ years I have had what I would call a reasonable ejection ratio...this year none.......and it's not that I didnt have my share of rhubarbs........god knows I did...... I feel I have gotten to a point where I am comfortable with my abilities and knowledge...and that has given me a feeling of confidence that seems to have kept a few MGRS in the game........never thought this would happen..........probably better eject someone in fall ball just to make sure they dont think Ive gone soft......lol....

Braggart!

Generally, the more experience you get, the fewer ejections you will have. There are two reasons:

(1) You call better. You're in better position, you correctly anticipate where a play will go, you've developed your timing.

(2) You manage the game better. Your intrapersonal skills have improved. Your reputation among the coaches precedes you at the park.

One thing I know: You drop in ejections has nothing to do with coaches learning how to behave and everything to do with your learning how to keep them and their players [/b]in[/b] the game.

Congratulations on a great season!
