Generally, the more experience you get, the fewer ejections you will have. There are two reasons:

(1) You call better. You're in better position, you correctly anticipate where a play will go, you've developed your timing.

(2) You manage the game better. Your intrapersonal skills have improved. Your reputation among the coaches precedes you at the park.

One thing I know: You drop in ejections has nothing to do with coaches learning how to behave and everything to do with your learning how to keep them and their players [/b]in[/b] the game.
