Runners hit by batted balls

There are a couple more that I would need to think about, however, in your sitch, if the umpire felt that ball was over foul territory when it struck the runner, it is just a foul ball.

I agree. I have always heard it that way and I've always played that way. As for little League I'm not sure on the rules there, but I would figure they were close to the same.
