I certainly hope he's not seriously ill. But I am worried about him. I hope someone out there has been in contact with him recently and will at least post to let us know he is okay -- even if it's just to say, "I know Carl is okay."

I haven't heard from him in months and I certainly don't wish ill will towards anyone.

I had a brief e-mail exchange with Carl on May 19 of this year, exactly one month ago.
