That is clearly a balk. He must step off the rubber, not on to the top of the rubber.
That being said, my assoc. schedules through an online program and we have the ability to block partners who we don't want to work with. I would never work with him again. If you can't do that, next time you're in C just overrule one of his strike calls because you could see it from there. |
