Intentionallly throwing at a batter??

NFHS game. Pitcher from Team A hits opposing pitcher in first inning ( I believe unintentional). However, I take notice and position myself on Team A's side of the field (first base line) between innings. When Team A takes the field I mention to the A pitcher as he's walking by me "No retaliation". He nods and we play on. In that inning he hits a batter (not the opposing pitcher). Again I believe unintentional. However, I don't want a bean ball contest so I call out both coaches and tell them that if, in my opinion, someone intentionally throws at a batter they'll be ejected along with the coach.
My question: If I believe we have intention do you eject the pitcher and coach, just the pitcher, pitcher and both coaches? Who gets run?
By the way there were more batters hit in the game. All I believe were unintentional and I had no griping from either side for not ejecting.

NFHS games, you only eject the pitcher.

NCAA and OBR games, the head coach is gone along with him.

Steven, I really enjoyed you in Aerosmith. Say hi to Joe Perry for me.

Like that's the first time you heard that one!

You're over-officiating.

FED rules have no mechanic to issue a bench warning to both benches. Or eject the coach. Or issue secret, whispered warnings to the other pitcher.

Giving the pitcher a warning, before he has even thrown one pitch in the game seems kind of "knee-jerk". Let the players play the game and apply the FED prescribed penalties if needed.

I agree with BretMan. FED is not handled like OBR or NCAA!
