Batter swings/bunts at a pitch and the ball bounces and hits the bat a second time while the batter is still holding the bat and in the box. whats the call?

Professional Interpretation: A batted ball which bounces up sharply from the ground and is contacted a second time by the bat in fair territory is not grounds for calling the batter out. If no intent to interfere is evident and the batter is in the box, this shall be ruled a foul ball only.

Ball hits bat, goes to the dirt. Batter drops bat, ball contacts the bat which 1) still in motion 2) at rest on the ground again in a) fair territory in the box b) foul territory in the box c) fair territory d) foul territory
