I know that the FPSR is in the NCAA ,NFHS and American Legion rules. My question concerns the various youth rule sets. AAU references NFHS so that seems clear, however USSSA (references OBR) and Little League do not to my reading include a FPSR. I know they include "slide or avoid" verbage for tag plays. Please help me if there are other directives that include the application of
FPSR particularly for Little League (all age divisions) and USSSA . I ask this because I enforced it this past Saturday in a Senior Division Little League game.
After the game I checked the Little League rule book and couldn't find the support I had expected to find.
