I think (after having the people sitting net to me right now jump out of their seats) mine sounds like, "Hee!"
For called third stike it sounds like "Heek Hee!" Both are crisp, loud and short. BTW- I never verbalize a swinging strike, tends to pi$$ off the batters, I think.
