Dixie Youth Baseball only allows a pitcher to throw a max of 6 innings per week. Could a kid pitch 6 innings on Monday right handed and pitch 6 innings on Thursday?
OBR: Yes, a pitcher can switch (there's a restriction if both the pitcher and the batter switch "hands")

FED and NCAA: A pitcher must pitch to a batter as either a RH or a LH pitcher (no switching during an at-bat). They can switch for different batters.

Almost all leagues with restrictions: The restrictions apply to the pitcher, not to the arm.
