Question ID this Face Mask

I've seen many of the MiLB and MLB guys (Persinger, Barrett, Marquez...) using this mask. I can't find who its made by, or where to get one. This is an old picture of Teddy Barrett, he stil uses this model(only black), as I've seen this year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, thanks

It's the Mizuno 2QA-121. Great mask...Low profile and very lightweight. Problem is you can only get it in Japan....Mizuno will not export. Many pros use this mask but as you can imagine it is hard to come by.

Mizuno Korea also carries some cool ball bags, plate shoes, and other accessories that are unavailable for import, without the proper connections, that is. That mask is also on this site:

I guess you are talking to me.....I would like to have the same opportunity that the "special" folks have to own some of this gear. I especially used to envy the guys with Navy Blue Mizuno Belts, and they would say, "I got it from a pro umpire, sorry, can't help you" or words to that effect.

Anyone with the "connections" please PM me with the details.

That mask will run you about $110. That includes shipping.

You can get a very similar one from Schutt Sports in the US. http://schuttsports.com/ShowProduct.aspx?PK=457

Excuse the incredibly naive question, but what prevents you from ordering from a Korean on-line site (except for obviously language)?

Your a few weeks too late. Had umpire friends in Japan (WBC trip) that could have brought stuff home (They did, but only for those who asked in advance).

I contacted Mizuno USA several months ago, and they told me that they will not ship to the United States. I need the "special connection" and apparently I did not know the "secret password."
