We have a female umpire that works out of the Tuscon area. I know she wears the shortest Platinum West Vest. She said that she has to wear one of the Brandi Chastain things in order to keep it close to her body. She is one of the most consistent plate umps I've ever seen.

So, maybe it really IS about the bra if she does that good. To imitate Tee....hehehehe.
