Gee------
What I don't understand is that in this thread you don't accept PBUC ruling as official for OBR. Yet, in another forum (assuming you are the same Gee there as here), you discuss the details of a batted ball hitting a runner in the infield, and you promote the PBUC interpretation received by Carl. It seems contradictory to accept them as official for one scenerio regarding OBR but not the other.
The issue regarding the runner hit by a batted ball has a differing authoritative opinion, that being Brinkman's (which Carl has now discarded in light of the recent PBUC ruling).

I don't understand your self-contradiction in accepting PBUC rulings for OBR.
