1. 2 man system, with a runner on first. Pitcher throws to first while run stumbles off the base. No one else on base. Runner gets in a run down. Would the plate umpire come out to help assist the the base umpire with the run down call?
2. Runner on 2nd breaks for third. RHP, while still connected to the pitching plate throws to 3rd base to get runner. Is this a balk? Thanks for the help!
