If you umpire under more than one set of rules you definitely should have a copy of Carl Childress' "Baseball Rule Differences" (BRD)

It covers the major differences among OBR, NCAA, FED and NAIA rules. It also has a much better designed cover this year. (Be sure to check the credits)

I know some umpires who have a copy even though they work under just one set of rules. They like the format.
