I believe that the record was 117 but since the "search" function has been disable by the administrator, the crazy one cannot prove anything one way or another.

They probably disabled the search function with the crazy one in mind.

Gee, my first post in a long time and it might be a record breaker!

I am just feeling fuzzy all over.

Did you see the game last year I believe it was. I cannot remember the umpire, but there was an argument with manager of the team in the field over balls and strikes. HP ump ejected him and the manager kicked dirt all over home plate, covering it. After the manager left, the HP ump refused to clean off home plate, the catcher asked for the ump brush and cleaned the plate himself. I thought it was hilarious at the time. Whaddya think?
It was Lou Pinella, and the ump got reprimanded for those actions.

And, if I'm not mistaken, that umpire is no longer working in MLB.

Thumbs down Not right

doesn't it seem contrary that in the end it is the childish coaches and players that seem to win.

Ejected for one action but he's going to do a little more because now that he's been ejected... he feels he didn't get the full value for the penalty, so he's going to make one last payment before leaving... and the umpire suffers for the childish tantrum and not feeling obligated to clean up the ejected one's mess.

Just to keep this going a little more...
what about the player that doesn't draw a line but merely reaches across the plate and taps the dirt over where he thinks the pitch was located. Nothing too dramatic but basically making the same comment. Smile? ignore? eject?
