I did not realize that this post was started by you. And I did not realize that the initial conversation was started by you as well. I thought w_sohl made the original post and I thought that Rich started this one. So I guess that makes you the one that started this debate.

Your post is just another example why we are having a hard time trying to keep guys umpiring. If this is the attitude of a "big dog" no wonder most of us see no reason to get to the D1 and pro levels.
