Runner assistance

I know a coach cannot assist a runner. Can a runner assist another runner?

Thanks, but I can't find the rule in obr rule book. I would like forward the rule to an umpire.(I found the coach assist, but not a runner).

It's not specifically covered (It might be in some of the supplemental publications; I don't have those handy right now). In general, the book lists illegal activities, so if it's not listed it's legal.
