Balks...again

Left hander, runner on first. What does the rule say about his non pivot foot when he goes to first?
Is it his heel, toes or entire foot that can't go past the back of the pitchers plate if he goes/throws to first?

OBR: Any part of the foot
FED: The entire foot
NCAA: The entire foot or any part of the stride leg
