Damaged ball
I found this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kmy5ZSgNS_c It almost looks as if the ball was damaged when pitched. If so, could the pitcher be ejected? Is that even video-reviewable?

Not reviewable, I don't think.
Could be ejected if you can prove he knew it was damaged before he threw it. I doubt you could do so.
