Baserunner Interference

R3 and R1 no outs. Ground ball to second, baserunner collided with 2nd base attempting to field the ball. No call by field ump, did not seem to be aware of possible infraction. R3 scored, R1 was thrown out trying to advance to 3rd. Batter stopped at 1st. Coach questioned, shoulder shrug, no help from HP umpire. What is the correct call? Assuming interference from baserunner. High school game

If it's interference, then R1 is out, BR to first base, R3 stays at third base.

And in High School if the umpires think a DP was possible then the B-R is out.
